Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The delivery time of your order depends on several factors, including your location and carrier service. Below are the estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If an issue with your shipping address is detected, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@myellevia.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays may occur due to:
- Carrier disruptions (e.g., weather, high shipping volume)
- Customs clearance for international orders
- Unexpected logistical or inventory issues
If a delay occurs, we will do our best to provide updates, but ellevia is not responsible for external shipping delays. For courier-related issues, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@myellevia.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out to the courier to file a claim as they may require additional information. While we will also follow up with the courier on your behalf, ellevia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these cases fall outside our refund policy.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement order, but this is handled on a case-by-case basis. If necessary, we also recommend filing a police report for stolen packages.
