Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be modified. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to experience their full benefits. We ask that you use your ellevia product for at least 14 days before requesting a return. If you are still not satisfied, you may return the item within 60 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee.

- For faster processing, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.
Damaged Items
We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to the packaging (such as a dented box) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@myellevia.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement is necessary at no cost to you.
Please note: We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. If you experience a problem with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
ellevia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
